The Art of coping
I've found that by picking up a pencil and paper and getting immersed in a drawing is helping me cope with my mental health. I live for my Monday dose of art a nice friendly group that understands our black days and puts a bit of colour back into them.

on a resent raisin poll we asked about blue monday and it seams that 57% wanted a day to be happy so what would be the best time for this
